SCHEDULING/ RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please notify me 36 hours prior. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. Missed appointments will be charged 75% of the service cost.
Repeated no showing, last-minute cancelation or rescheduling of appointments, may require you to put your credit card number on file to schedule future appointments.
UPDATE (10.10.22): During the months of November & December there will be a required 48 hour notice of any appointment changes, due to high demand. Failure to due so results in the same fees listed above.

RETURN POLICY
Kerastase, R&Co, R&Co Bleu & Oribe products that are purchased through Sloane's Beauty Bar can be returned within 14 days of purchase gently used if you are dissatisfied.
K18 products can not be returned.

PRICING POLICY
All prices quoted or appearing in print are a starting point and are subject to change depending on extra time needed, length and/or density of hair.
3 hour or longer appointments may be subject to a non-refundable deposit of $150.

TIMING
I will do my best to accommodate you if you're running late for any scheduled service. However, I may not be able to provide you with the full service due of timing. If you are running more than 15 minutes behind, please understand that your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
COLOR CORRECTIONS
Color Corrections are accepted on a case by case basis. And will be required to sign a Color Correction Consent Form. There will be no refunds, however will gladly provide a "redo" within 7 days of the initial service.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
If anything with your hair needs to be tweaked, changed or redone please notify me as soon as possible. The services must be done within 7 days of the original appointment. After that it will be considered a new service.
Please keep your valuables with you throughout your entire service in the salon.
